Lincoln Wild Kings are harvested off South Australia straight from the sea. They are caught from the wild and therefore have no antibiotics or growth hormones.
Our prawns are harvested from the most southern prawn fishery in the world. The very cold clear waters of the southern ocean produces a high quality prawn which is full of mother nature’s flavour.
Lincoln Wild Kings are cooked within minutes of being harvested from the southern ocean producing a high quality prawn. They are then packed on the vessels and snap frozen to -18°C within an hour of being caught sealing in the moist full flavour.
We are renowned throughout the world as producing the tastiest species of prawn but we only produce 2000 tonnes each year, so you need to be quick to place orders.

Not only are they wild in taste but are wild for your health! Recent CSIRO research has shown that seafood is between 10-100 times higher levels of Omega -3 than beef, chicken and lamb. Omega -3 helps prevent coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis and other disorders.
