You can buy already cooked or uncooked Lincoln Wild Kings to
suit your dish. |
| Frozen Lincoln Wild Kings are best, as the freezing process captures the taste of the sea in every prawn. Frozen Lincoln Wild Kings can last over 8 months in the freezer without affecting product quality. Ensure your freezer remains at a constant temperature and avoid putting warm produce into the freezer. |

| How to prepare |
- Defrost uncooked frozen Lincoln Wild Kings in cold salty water or sea water.
- Fill up the kitchen sink with cold water and add lots of salt. Alternatively, place them in a bucket of cold seawater. They only take a few minutes to defrost this way.
- Once thawed, pull the head off first, gently pulling the digestion tube at the same time (the tube runs down the back of the prawn).
- Peel off the shell and legs. Easy!

Tip: Try cooking the prawns with the tails on, for a fancy dish.
